These terms explain the general rules for using Snapshift Puzzles, including account use, puzzle features, acceptable behavior, site availability, and the general limits that apply when you use the site. Last updated April 4, 2026.
By accessing or using Snapshift Puzzles, you agree to use the site under these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
These terms are meant to cover normal site use, including browsing, signing in, playing puzzles, viewing archive content, and using progression features connected to your account.
Snapshift is built for general puzzle play. You should use the site only in a lawful way and only in a way that does not interfere with site operation, other users, or account security.
If you create an account, you should provide accurate information and keep your access details reasonably protected.
If you register for an account, you are responsible for activity connected to that account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.
Snapshift may suspend or restrict access if account behavior appears abusive, misleading, automated in a harmful way, or harmful to the site or other players.
Snapshift may offer daily challenges, category browsing, saved puzzle progress, points, medals, ratings, archive access, and related progression features. Those features may change over time as the site is improved.
Completion states, scores, points, and other gameplay indicators are provided as part of the site experience and may be adjusted when bugs, exploits, or system changes make that necessary.
You may not use Snapshift in a way that damages the site, overwhelms it, disrupts service, attempts unauthorized access, bypasses intended progression systems, or interferes with other users.
Examples include malicious automation, credential abuse, exploit attempts, harmful scripts, spam through public forms, or deliberate attempts to manipulate gameplay systems in a damaging way.
You may not impersonate other users, create misleading account identities for abuse, or manipulate points, medals, streaks, or similar site systems through exploits or unauthorized methods.
Snapshift may reset, remove, or limit affected data if a system is abused or if progress appears invalid.
You may not copy, mirror, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site in a way that competes with, harms, or misrepresents Snapshift Puzzles.
Normal browsing and ordinary use of page assets in your browser do not count as this kind of misuse, but bulk extraction or republishing does.
Snapshift may investigate misuse, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove access when necessary to protect the site, players, or site operations.
Those actions may happen with or without advance notice when protection of the site requires it.
Snapshift Puzzles, including its layout, branding, site design, puzzle presentation, written copy, and related site materials, is part of the site experience and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using the site does not transfer ownership of the site, its branding, or its original written and visual presentation.
Snapshift may add, remove, revise, pause, or replace features at any time. That may include changes to puzzle pools, progression systems, archive access, scoring displays, supporter features, or page layouts.
The site is actively developed, so some features may evolve as the project grows.
Snapshift is offered on an as-available basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, software bugs, updates, browser differences, or changes in connected services.
Snapshift does not promise that every page or feature will always be available without interruption or error.
Snapshift is provided as a puzzle and gameplay site for general use. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided without guarantees that every feature will always perform exactly as expected in every environment.
These terms are a practical site-use policy and not a replacement for personalized legal advice.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Snapshift is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may result from normal site issues, interruptions, bugs, or feature changes.
This is meant to set reasonable limits around a browser-based puzzle site, not to remove responsibilities that cannot be limited by law.
Snapshift may update these terms as the site evolves. When the page is revised, the update date near the top of the page should also be updated so players can see when changes were made.
If you have a question about site use, account behavior, permissions, or a related issue, use the Contact page so Snapshift can respond directly.
